Just 20 minutes by car from the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Granada, nestled in the beautiful Lecrín Valley, you will find our Casita Little Switzerland: a 100-year-old cottage with Andalusian features, fully renovated by us. It offers a cosy living area, two bedrooms (one with a workspace), a patio with potted plants, and a panoramic roof terrace overlooking the valley, citrus groves, and Lake Béznar.

Situated on the southern slope of the Sierra Nevada, you benefit from a pleasant microclimate. This location is perfect for those wanting to unwind in the mountains, the city, and by the sea, in a small village with a local bar and nearby walking trails.

Casita Little Switzerland accommodates 2 guests and is ideal for holidays, workations, or sabbaticals in Andalusia.

Rental rates and availability

  • Price per night: €55 low season (1 Nov to Semana Santa), €70 mid/high season (other periods)

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests

  • Weekly discount: 10%

  • Monthly discount: 45% (low season), 35% (mid/high season)

  • Final cleaning: €60 (up to 1 month) or €75 (from 1 month)

  • 10% VAT effective from 1 Dec 2026 on stays up to 30 nights (periods over 31 nights exempt)

  • Electricity, internet (300 Mbps), bed and kitchen linen included

  • Check-in between 16:00 and 22:00; check-out before 11:00

Location of Little Switzerland

  • Village house in the pueblo Béznar in the Valle de Lecrín, close to the friendly local village bar with outdoor terrace. Accessible by car with street parking.

  • 10 minutes' walk to Lake Béznar with beach bar, swimming water and watersports (SUP, kayak, sailing, surfing, pedal boats) or a walk through the citrus groves around the lake.

  • 20 to 40 minutes' drive to the coastal resorts Playa de Granada, Salobreña, Almuñécar and La Herradura.

  • Granada (Alhambra) 20 minutes by car. The city and Málaga airport are about 1 hour 15 minutes away.

  • The stunning nature of the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras and the Lecrín Valley, with beautiful walking routes right on the doorstep.
